Can ROK help me convert a home into an Airbnb?

Yes, we are a full-service property management company, which means we are involved in the process from start to finish. We offer a comprehensive approach that includes analyzing potential investments, furnishing and designing the home, managing bookings, handling guest communication, and overseeing property maintenance. Most clients can have their properties ready to be listed within 4-6 weeks. In addition to Airbnb, we prepare your home for success on various other platforms, including mid-term rental platforms.

What is the difference between short-term rental property management & Long-term rental property management? Which is best for me?

Short-term rentals are generally stays of less than 30 days. Mid-term rentals are for stays of 30 days - 6 months, and Long term-rentals are your standard rental option.

Short-term & Mid-term rental property management refers to the comprehensive management of the rental, typically for vacationers or other transient guests. This includes managing bookings, coordinating cleaning and maintenance services, and ensuring the property complies with all legal and safety requirements.

Long-term rental property management includes but is not limited to tenant screening, marketing, contract and lease agreements, rent collection, and reviewing and managing maintenance requests.

Choosing the right strategy is based on city, regulations, market demand, target demographic, and personal goals.

If you are a larger real estate investment company that does not require an individualized approach, we may not be the right fit for you.
